Cannon Central keeps member information private. Personal profiles, individual schedules, volunteer records and administrative pages are never public and are not indexed by search engines — they are only visible after you sign in, and only to the people who need them. We do not publish operationally sensitive information or anything restricted from public release.
This page and our help and policy pages show only general information already approved for public release: what the app does, publicly advertised community events, and how to get support. No photographs of people, no personal details, no schedules.
Event and dining details, volunteer sign-ups, points of contact, saved activities and your own records are for verified Cannon community members and appear only after you sign in.
Every member-submitted event, announcement, image or post is reviewed and approved by an administrator before anyone else can see it. Submissions are screened for names, faces, contact details, movement or schedule information, restricted locations and other sensitive details, and anything flagged is held for manual review instead of being published.
